Uniform
We are very proud of our school and our appearance and school uniform reflects this. ALL children and families are expected to follow the requirement of the official uniform as listed below.
Uniform for our school can be purchased in Village Sports, 209 Worple Rd, Raynes Park, SW20 8QY. https://www.village-sports.co.uk/
The ‘Village Sports’ shop also stock rain macs, sunhats and school bags (including book bags and school rucksacks) all with the school logo. These are not compulsory but please note that if items are not purchased from here, they must be plain black, dark blue or navy.
POINTS TO NOTE:
- All coats, hats and scarves should be plain dark blue/navy or black with no patterns/logos or designs.
- Please note that shoes NOT boots should be worn in and around school. Children are encouraged to bring a pair of wellies to leave at school to be able to play out in all weather (in line with our ‘Opal’ play approach). However, all children must wear shoes indoors.
- Winter Uniform: after October Half term until Easter
- Summer Uniform: From start of Summer Term until October Half term
- Jewellery (including items of religious belief significance e.g. chains/bracelets): Children may not wear jewellery to school with the exception of small studs in pierced ears. This is for health and safety reasons. KS1 and KS2 children may wear watches (NOT smart watches or any fitness trackers with ability to connect to the internet). Analogue watches to support time telling skills are encouraged.
- Long hair should always be tied back in school coloured hair ties. NO large or oversized hair decorations should be worn.
Nursery
Winter uniform - Tracksuit with school logo
Summer uniform - Light blue polo top with school logo and navy shorts/leggings
Reception and Key Stage 1 (Year 1 and Year 2)
Winter uniform (from after October half term until Easter)
Light blue polo top with school logo
Grey trousers / navy blue skirt / navy blue pinafore
Navy Jumper / cardigan with school logo
Navy or black shoes (not boots) and plain grey, navy or white socks.
Summer uniform (from Summer term until October half term)
As above with grey shorts or white and blue small checked summer dress/playsuit
Key Stage 2 (Year 3 to Year 6)
Winter uniform (from after October half term until Easter)
Light blue shirt with official school tie
Grey trousers/Navy blue skirt/pinafore
Jumper/cardigan with school logo
Navy or black shoes (not boots) and plain grey, navy or white socks.
Summer uniform – (FROM SUMMER TERM TO AUTUMN HALF TERM)
As above with grey shorts or white and blue small checked summer dress/playsuit
PE Uniform for all years (not required for Nursery):
Navy blue shorts, dark blue PE t-shirt and navy blue hoodie (t-shirt & hoodie can be with or without the school logo)
Plain navy blue tracksuit for colder weather
Trainers (Velcro fastening in younger year groups)
